Spire merger with NavSight


Summary

Spire Global Subsidiary, Inc. (“Spire” or the “Company”) announced that it has closed its previously announced merger with special purpose acquisition company NavSight Holdings, Inc. (“NavSight”) (NYSE: NSH). Through the business combination, Spire common stock and warrants began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SPIR and SPIRW).
