Summary

Trinity Consultants, Inc. (“Trinity Consultants” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC (“LLCP”), was recently acquired by Oak Hill Capital (“Oak Hill”), with Trinity Consultants employees maintaining a significant minority ownership position. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the lead financial advisor to Trinity Consultants, Inc. on this transaction.
