Molecular Products Holdings, Inc. (“Molecular” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington”), has been acquired by Filtration Group Corporation (“Filtration Group”), a vertical of Madison Industries. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
