Francisco Adds VitalSource
Summary
Francisco Partners ("Francisco") announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire VitalSource Technologies LLC (“VitalSource” or the "Company"), a subsidiary of Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”). The transaction is expected to close this summer, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Francisco Partners on this transaction.
