HGGC acquisition of Marmic from TSCP


Summary

HGGC, LLC (“HGGC”) has acquired Marmic Fire & Safety Co. (“Marmic” or the “Company”) from Thompson Street Capital Partners (“TSCP”). CEO and founding family member Michael Teeter will continue to lead the business and will retain a substantial ownership stake in Marmic. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the financial advisor to HGGC, LLC on this transaction.
