PST Receives Majority Investment From AEA


PST, a portfolio company of Battery, majority investment from AEA


Process Sensing Technologies (“PST” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Battery Ventures (“Battery”), has received a majority investment from AEA Investors LP (“AEA”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to Process Sensing Technologies on this transaction.


PST is a global provider of instruments, sensors and software for precision measurement and remote monitoring of critical process parameters, including humidity, moisture, oxygen and trace gas impurities. The Company’s technologies keep critical business infrastructure and processes running efficiently, safely and compliant with stringent regulations across diverse end markets including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, specialty gases, petrochemicals, food-and-beverage, semiconductors and building automation. The Company has a global presence with multiple locations in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Current brands operating under the PST umbrella include Analytical Industries, Dynament, LDetek, Michell Instruments, NTRON, Rotronic and SST Sensing.
