Ridgemont Equity Partners (“Ridgemont”) has acquired Anne Arundel Dermatology ("AAD” or the “Company”), which was majority owned by New MainStream Capital (“NMS”). The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Anne Arundel Dermatology is a leading provider of dermatological services in Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. AAD has 74 locations and 181 providers, offering a comprehensive suite of dermatologic services, offering general dermatology, advanced treatment options for skin cancer and cosmetic procedures. The Company is headquartered in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

New MainStream Capital is a private investment firm specializing in strategic equity investments of lower middle market companies with an emphasis on sustainable growth trends. NMS focuses on healthcare and business services companies and its heritage dates back to the spin-out of a group of portfolio companies from the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division in 2010. NMS is headquartered in New York, New York.
