Snow Phipps Group ("Snow Phipps") has acquired Prototek Holdings LLC (“Prototek”), a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners (“CORE”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to Snow Phipps Group on this transaction.
