The Mehler Vario System Group is a leading manufacturer of ballistic protection equipment. The product portfolio comprises an extensive offering of high-grade ballistic vests, tactical equipment and clothing, along with ballistic protection solutions for vehicles. The Mehler Vario System Group includes Mehler Vario System GmbH and its subsidiaries Lindnerhof-Taktik GmbH, UNI&FORMA d.o.o., Mehler Engineered Defence GmbH, Mehler Law Enforcement GmbH and Mehler Protective Systems d.o.o. Headquartered in Fulda, Germany, the Company employs around 600 people in five locations in Germany, Slovenia and Serbia and operates internationally in more than 40 countries. The Company generates more than EUR 100 million in revenue.

Armira is an investment holding based in Munich focused on medium-sized “Mittelstand” companies in the German-speaking region. Armira invests in established, profitable companies with sales between EUR 50 million and EUR 500 million. With its unique capital base from entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families, Armira has the flexibility to deploy capital without a fixed term and can thus focus on the long-term development of its portfolio companies. The Armira group currently generates sales of over EUR 1.5 billion employing more than 8,000 people.

DPE is an independent German private equity firm and one of the largest growth capital providers in Germany. DPE focuses on medium-sized companies in the German-speaking countries that operate in sectors with positive long-term development prospects. DPE was established in 2007. Since then, DPE has invested in 30 companies which have made more than 70 follow-on investments and now employ over 7,490 people. DPE manages total assets of around EUR 2.2 billion.
