Abry Partners, LLC (“Abry”) recently acquired Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. (“Centauri” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Silversmith Capital Partners (“Silversmith”). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
