Powerhouse Retail Services, LLC (“Powerhouse” or the “Company”) recently received a major investment by Lincolnshire Management, Inc. (“Lincolnshire Management”). Simultaneous with this investment, Powerhouse acquired Security Vault Works, Inc. (“Security Vault Works”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Powerhouse, a privately-held company primarily owned by its founders, is a best-in-class, asset-light provider of high-volume, multi-site rollouts and refreshes (e.g., replacement of equipment, installation of displays, signage and fixtures, extensive construction relating to a material refresh, etc.) as well as recurring facility maintenance services (e.g., plowing, power washing, sweeping, handyman, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for blue-chip brands with a national footprint. The Company leverages nearly 600 employees, a national network of highly-qualified vendor partners and a robust technology platform to deliver high-quality, scalable service across all 50 states. Powerhouse is headquartered in Crowley, Texas.

Lincolnshire Management, founded in 1986, is a private equity firm focused on investing in and acquiring growing middle-market companies across an array of industries. Lincolnshire Management manages over $1.7 billion of private equity capital and invests in acquisitions of private companies, recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, management buyouts and growth equity for public and private companies. Security Vault Works, founded in 1985, provides turnkey implementation and construction services to the financial and retail industries. Security Vault Works operates nationwide from ten offices with over 225 employees. Security Vault Works is headquartered in Laurel, Maryland.
