Radixx International, Inc. (“Radixx”), a portfolio company of TA Associates Management, L.P. (“TA Associates”), was recently acquired by Sabre Corporation (“Sabre”) (NASDAQ-GS:SABR). Sabre purchased Radixx for approximately $110 million, including payments to debtholders, using cash on hand.
