Aurora Capital Partners (“Aurora”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cold Chain Technologies (“CCT” or the “Company”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CCT was founded in 1967 and is based in Franklin, Massachusetts.
