Appcast provides programmatic ad technology for online recruitment. The Company offers pay-per-applicant job ads and serves as an exchange for over 120 million job seekers on a monthly basis. Appcast also offers a SaaS product, Clickcast, a job ad bidding platform that is licensed by large recruitment ad agencies, RPOs, and job boards. Founder and CEO, Chris Forman, will continue to lead the company after the transaction. The Company is headquartered in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
