AboutRelo Group, Inc. (“Relo” or the “Company”) (TSE: 8876) has acquired BGRS Limited (“BGRS”), a subsidiary of Brookfield Business Partners L.P. (“Brookfield Business Partners”) (NYSE: BBU) (TSX: BBU.UN), for approximately JPY23 billion ($205 million). BGRS will operate as a consolidated subsidiary under Relo.
Relo offers a wide range of outsourcing services to corporations around the globe including consulting on overseas assignments, corporate housing, procurements on work visas and a comprehensive range of onsite support services post-relocation.
