Premiere Global Services, Inc. (“PGi”), a portfolio company of Siris Capital (“Siris”), recently announced the sale of its subsidiary, Modality Systems, Inc. (“Modality” or the “Company”), to GCI Managed Services Group Limited (“GCI”), a portfolio company of Mayfair Equity Partners (“Mayfair”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
