(“THL”), recently completed a follow-on offering of 13,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $50.50 per share generating gross proceeds of $656.5 million for the selling shareholders. In addition, the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1,950,000 shares.
