With 47 locations across the United States and Canada, FCG is well-positioned to serve the evolving needs of a market driven by technical sales and service relationships. The Company was founded in 2014 and has completed 18 acquisitions since inception. FCG is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

AEA Investors LP was founded in 1968 and actively manages approximately $11 billion of invested and committed capital. With offices in New York, Stamford, London, Munich and Shanghai, the firm focuses on investing in companies in the consumer products / retail, industrial, specialty chemicals and related services sectors. The AEA Small Business Private Equity team is a strategy that currently manages nearly $1 billion of invested and committed capital.
