IIMAK is headquartered in Amherst, New York.

Altus is a private equity firm that makes control investments in middle market manufacturing businesses. Altus utilizes a patient, thoughtful investment approach and seeks to partner with the management teams of operating companies to achieve growth. Altus is based in Wilton, Connecticut.
