Oasis Midstream Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NYSE: OMP) has acquired additional interests in Bobcat DevCo LLC (“Bobcat DevCo”) and Beartooth DevCo LLC (“Beartooth DevCo”) from Oasis Petroleum Inc. (“Oasis Petroleum”) (NYSE: OAS) for $250 million. Oasis Midstream Partners LP is a growth-oriented, fee-based master limited partnership initially formed by Oasis Petroleum to own, develop, operate and acquire a diversified portfolio of midstream assets in North America that are integral to the oil and natural gas operations of Oasis Petroleum and strategically positioned to capture volume from other producers. The Partnership’s assets are located in the Williston Basin area of North Dakota and Montana. The Partnership is headquartered in Houston, Texas. Bobcat DevCo and Beartooth DevCo own gas gathering, compression and gas lift, crude oil gathering, and produced water gathering and disposal assets in the Williston Basin of North Dakota, which service oil and gas production operations for Oasis Petroleum and other operators. Oasis Petroleum is an independent exploration and production company focused on the acquisition and development of unconventional oil and natural gas resources, primarily operating in the Williston and Delaware Basins.
