Gliffy, Inc. (“Gliffy” or the “Company”) was recently acquired by Rogue Wave Software, Inc. (“Rogue Wave”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Used by more than 10,000 customers including both technical and business users, Gliffy solutions improve visual collaboration between teams, leading to improved productivity and faster time to market. The Company offers two solutions that help teams improve speed and collaboration by using visualization to explain complex concepts within the current tools used to help teams collaborate and prioritize. Gliffy Diagram, one of the top downloaded applications in the Atlassian marketplace, provides users a tool to add diagrams directly to a Confluence workspace or into a Jira ticket and leverage visuals to provide more clarity about the project. In addition, the newly released Gliffy Project enables DevOps teams to plan releases and development workloads by combining visual workflows like whiteboards, flowcharts, and wireframes, with Jira. Gliffy is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
