CR is a global engineer and manufacturer of hard (durable) and soft (computer based) productivity solutions for large mission-critical surface mining equipment. The Company has a strong global presence with operations across all key mining regions worldwide and deep relationships with the world’s largest miners. The majority of CR’s revenue is generated from highly consumable ground engaging tools (“GET”) used to penetrate the mining surface and protect equipment from wear and tear. CR is dual-headquartered, with senior leadership in Sydney, Australia and Dallas, Texas.

Quadrant was first established in 1996 and is a leading mid-market private equity firm investing in companies in Australia and New Zealand. Since inception, Quadrant has raised in excess of A$4.7 billion and 9 funds, with the latest fund having A$1,150 million in equity commitment for private equity investment. Quadrant is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

AIP is an operationally oriented private equity firm that makes control investments in industrial businesses serving domestic and global markets. AIP has deep roots in the industrial economy and has been active in private equity investing since 1989.

Through a strategic alliance, Baird partnered with Australia-based Gresham Advisory Partners (“Gresham”) on this transaction. Gresham, established in 1985, is a leading independent, Australian-owned advisory business. Gresham is focused on achieving superior financial outcomes for its clients and has a track record of advising on many of the largest and most complex transactions completed in the Australian marketplace. Gresham is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
