Polyair Inter Pack, Inc. (“Polyair”), a portfolio company of Glencoe Capital Management, LLC (“Glencoe”), recently completed its sale to Intertape Polymer Group Inc. (“IPG”) (TSX:ITP), for approximately $146 million.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Polyair Inter Pack, Inc. on this transaction.
