WH Acquisitions, Inc., the parent company of Maxcess International, Inc. (“Maxcess” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Bertram Capital (“Bertram”), recently completed its sale to Berwind Corporation (“Berwind”). Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Baird served as the lead financial advisor to Maxcess International, Inc. on this transaction.
