About21 Investimenti SGR S.p.a. (“21 Investimenti”), Overseas Industries S.p.a. (“Overseas Industries”) and certain members of the management team of Nadella S.r.l (“Nadella) have completed the sale of Nadella to Intermediate Capital Group PLC (“ICG”) (LSE:ICP). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
21 Investimenti is the Italian subsidiary of 21 Partners, a private equity firm, which was founded in 1992 by Alessandro Benetton to invest in mid-market companies and make them grow. 21 Investimenti currently has more than 50 employees and has raised over €1.5 billion in capital. 21 Partners is based in Treviso, Italy with additional offices in Milan, Paris and Warsaw.
Overseas Industries is a private equity and venture capital firm specialising in buyout and turnaround investments in small to medium sized companies. Overseas Industries focuses on investments in Italy, Switzerland, Benelux, Scandinavia and the United States. Overseas Industries is based in Milan, Italy.
Nadella, is a market leader in precision linear and rotational motion control solutions with products such as linear guides, rod ends and needle bearings. Nadella’s comprehensive solutions portfolio is associated with leading quality, reliability and innovation and is used in a broad range of industrial end-markets such as packaging machinery, automation, transportation and medical industries.
