Teaching Strategies, LLC (“Teaching Strategies” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners LLC (“L Squared”), has completed a majority recapitalization with Summit Partners LLP (“Summit Partners”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Teaching Strategies serves over 20,000 early childhood educators globally. The Company is based in Bethesda, Maryland.
