Ceridian HCM Holding, Inc. (“Ceridian” or the “Company”) (NYSE/TSX: CDAY), a portfolio Company of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. and Cannae Holdings, Inc., recently completed an initial public offering of 21,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $22.00 per share generating gross proceeds of approximately $462.0 million. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 3,150,000 additional shares. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay down existing debt.

Ceridian is a global human capital management (“HCM”) software company. Dayforce, the Company’s flagship cloud HCM platform, provides human resources, payroll, benefits, workforce management and talent management functionality. This platform is used by organizations, regardless of industry or size, to optimize management of the entire employee lifecycle, including attracting, engaging, paying, deploying and developing their people. The Company has more than 3,000 live Dayforce customers, representing over 2.5 million active global users as of December 31, 2017. Ceridian is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
