AboutCeridian HCM Holding, Inc. (“Ceridian” or the “Company”) (NYSE/TSX: CDAY), a portfolio Company of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. and Cannae Holdings, Inc., recently completed an initial public offering of 21,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $22.00 per share generating gross proceeds of approximately $462.0 million. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 3,150,000 additional shares. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay down existing debt.
