Summary
Multisorb Technologies, Inc. (“Multisorb” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Summer Street Capital Partners LLC (“Summer Street” or the “Firm”), was recently acquired by Filtration Group Corporation (“Filtration Group”), an affiliate of Madison Industries (“Madison”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
