WIRB Copernicus Group, Inc. (“WCG”), a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners and MSD Capital, recently acquired Applied Clinical Intelligence, LLC, doing business as ACI Clinical (“ACI” or the “Company”). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
