Ashland Hardware Systems ("Ashland” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Nova Capital Management (“Nova”), was recently acquired by AmesburyTruth, a subsidiary of Tyman plc (“Tyman”) (LSE: TYMN).

Ashland is a leading provider of residential window and door hardware to the fenestration industry. The Company supplies hardware to hundreds of wood and vinyl window/door fabricators throughout North America, including virtually all nationally recognized brands. Ashland differentiates itself by being an innovator in all hardware categories, including Hung Window Hardware, Casement Window Hardware and Patio Door Hardware, making it a major supplier for all three categories. Ashland is headquartered in Irving, Texas.

Nova is a leading private equity firm specializing in acquiring multiple businesses in a single transaction from corporate or financial sellers.
