(“Crescent Capital Partners”), has been acquired by Orica Limited (“Orica”) (ASX: ORI) for A$205 million. GroundProbe is a global market leader in the provision of critical monitoring and measurement technologies for the mining sector. GroundProbe’s radar and laser based monitoring systems, combined with advanced processing and analytic software, provide mining customers with geotechnical slope stability monitoring for improved mine productivity and safety. Crescent Capital Partners is a Sydney-based private equity firm investing in middle market companies located in Australia and New Zealand with enterprise values between A$50 million and A$300 million.
