CSP is a private equity fund manager based in Singapore, and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). CSP primarily invests in buyouts and control investments across South East Asia and India, with a focus on TMT, Healthcare, Business Services and Consumer sectors. CSP is headquartered in Singapore.

Through a strategic alliance, Baird partnered with India-based Axis Capital Limited (“Axis Cap”) for this transaction.
