(“Gardner Denver” or “the “Company”) (NYSE: GDI) recently priced a secondary offering of 22,000,000 common shares at a price of $27.25 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $599.5 million. The selling stockholders, including investment funds affiliated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (“KKR”), will receive all of the proceeds from the offering. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 3,300,000 additional shares of common stock from the selling stockholders.Gardner Denver is a leading global provider of mission-critical flow control and compression equipment and associated aftermarket parts, consumables and services, which it sells across multiple attractive end-markets within the industrial, energy and medical industries.
