Supreme sale to Wabash


Summary

Supreme Industries, Inc. (“Supreme”) (NYSE MKT: STS) has been acquired by Wabash National Corporation (“Wabash”) (NYSE: WNC). Under the terms of the transaction, Wabash, through a wholly owned subsidiary, acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Supreme for $21.00 per share in cash, or approximately $360 million.
