About

Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando (“Clondalkin Orlando” or the “Business”), a business unit of Egeria’s portfolio company Clondalkin Group, was recently acquired by ProAmpac, a company owned by Pritzker Group Private Capital (“Pritzker Group”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Clondalkin Orlando is an established market leader specializing in converting, printing, die-cutting and slitting packaging materials. The Business provides lidding foils and films, composite can spiral labels and other capping materials used in food and beverage applications. Following the transaction, Clondalkin Orlando will become part of the ProAmpac brand and operate as a part of the Extrusion and Laminations Division. Clondalkin Orlando is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
