Offsite Archive Storage and Integrated Services Holdings Limited (“Oasis Group” or “the Company”), a portfolio company of Sverica Capital Management LLC (“Sverica”) and Housatonic Partners (“Housatonic”), was acquired by Montagu Private Equity (“Montagu”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999, Oasis Group is one of the largest and most diverse professional records and information management companies in Europe. The Company operates in 30 locations across six countries, managing vital information for over 5,000 clients across numerous sectors including financial, legal, healthcare, government and educational sectors. The Company has successfully completed 29 acquisitions since inception expanding operations across the United Kingdom and Benelux regions. In February 2017, OASIS was included in the ‘Inc. 5000 Europe 2017’ list of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. Oasis Group is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

Housatonic Partners is a private equity investment firm founded in 1994 with more than $1 billion in capital under management. Housatonic invests in growing, profitable businesses with highly recurring revenue. Housatonic has backed exceptional management teams in more than 85 small to mid-sized companies over the last 22 years.

Sverica is a leading lower-middle-market-focused private equity firm that has raised over $700 million of investment capital across four funds. Sverica acquires and actively builds companies that are, or could become, leaders in their industries. Focusing on companies worth between €100 million and €1 billion+ or above, Montagu is currently investing out of a €2.75 billion fund with €4 billion of assets under management.
