Summary

Robertshaw Controls Company (“Robertshaw” or the “Company”), an affiliated portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (“Sun Capital”), recently completed the offering of a $470,000,000 1st Lien Term Loan and a $110,000,000 2nd Lien Term Loan. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance the Company’s existing debt and fund a shareholder distribution.
