The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”) (NASDAQ-GS:CG) has made a substantial investment in ZeroChaos LLC (“ZeroChaos” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Snow Phipps Group, LLC (“Snow Phipps”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
