Summary
3i Group Plc (“3i”) (LSE: III) has invested in Formel D Verwaltungs GmbH (“Formel D” or the “Company”). The former shareholders Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (“DBAG”) and DBAG Fund V, a private equity fund managed by DBAG, have sold their investments in Formel D.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to 3i Group Plc.
