AB SKF (“SKF”) (OMX: SKF B) completed the sale of Reelcraft Industries (“Reelcraft” or the “Company”) to Madison Industries for $115 million.SKF is a leading global manufacturer of bearings, seals, mechatronics, lubrication systems, and services which include technical support, maintenance and reliability services, engineering consulting and training. SKF is represented in more than 130 countries and has approximately 17,000 distributor locations worldwide. SKF is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Reelcraft is a leading designer and manufacturer of hose, cord and cable management systems and components. The Company’s extensive portfolio of heavy-duty reels serves a diverse mix of applications in the industrial, mobile equipment OEM, auto aftermarket, military and other end markets. Reelcraft is headquartered in Columbia City, Indiana with manufacturing and assembly operations in the United States, the United Kingdom and China.
