AboutSchneider National, Inc. (“Schneider” or the “Company”) (NYSE: SNDR), recently completed an initial public offering of 28,947,000 Class B common shares at a price of $19.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $550.0 million. The Company intends to use approximately $150 million of the net proceeds from this offering to repay indebtedness and use the remaining for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures and potential acquisitions.
