AboutTradesmen International Holdings, LLC (“Tradesmen”), a portfolio company of Wellspring Capital Management LLC (“Wellspring”), was recently acquired by private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone (NYSE: BX). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
