Onesource Water, LLC (“OSW”) was recently acquired by Waterlogic. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005, OSW is a leading provider of bottleless water coolers. OSW offers a cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional bottled water and uses the most advanced water purification technology available. OSW is the third largest bottleless water cooler service provider in the United States. OSW, through its internal growth and over 20 acquisitions, is one of the fastest growing bottleless water cooler companies in the United States with branches in 30 metro areas serving over 25,000 workplaces. OSW is based in Farmington, Connecticut.

Waterlogic is an innovative designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of mains-attached POU drinking water purification and dispensing systems designed for environments such as offices, factories, hospitals, hotels, schools, restaurants and other workplaces. Waterlogic has an extensive independent global distribution network reaching around 50 countries in the world, and is already a leading provider and operator of bottleless water coolers in the United States. Waterlogic is headquartered in Maidenhead, the United Kingdom.

Waterlogic was acquired in January 2015 by funds managed by Castik Capital. Founded in 2014, Castik is a European private equity investor, acquiring significant ownership positions in European companies. Castik's investments are made by the Luxembourg-based fund, EPIC I SLP, the first fund managed by Castik, which had its final fund close of €1 billion in July 2015. Castik is based in Luxembourg.
