Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing Company, LLC (“ECRM” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of BV Investment Partners (“BV”), was recently acquired by Snow Phipps Group, LLC (“Snow Phipps”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
