Edif was founded in 2011, and has grown rapidly, with Phoenix’s support, both organically and through acquisitions. Edif is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom, and employs approximately 650 people, together with a further 2,500 associates, in over 20 offices internationally.

Rina was established in Italy (Genoa) in 1861 as a classification society to meet the needs of the shipping world. Rina is headquartered in Genoa, Italy.
