About

Iron Mountain Incorporated (“Iron Mountain” or the “Company”) (NYSE: IRM), in connection with its acquisition of Recall Holdings (“Recall”) (ASX: REC), have completed an agreement, as required by the Department of Justice (“DOJ”), to divest certain Recall assets to Access Information Management (“Access”) for total consideration of $80 million, subject to post-closing adjustments. The divested assets include records and information management facilities in the following 13 U.S. cities: Buffalo; Charlotte; Detroit; Durham; Greenville/Spartanburg; Kansas City; Nashville; Pittsburgh; Raleigh; Richmond; San Antonio; Tulsa; and San Diego.
