Iron Mountain Incorporated (“Iron Mountain” or the “Company”) (NYSE: IRM), in connection with its acquisition of Recall Holdings (“Recall”) (ASX: REC), have completed an agreement, as required by the Department of Justice (“DOJ”), to divest certain Recall assets to Access Information Management (“Access”) for total consideration of $80 million, subject to post-closing adjustments. The divested assets include records and information management facilities in the following 13 U.S. cities: Buffalo; Charlotte; Detroit; Durham; Greenville/Spartanburg; Kansas City; Nashville; Pittsburgh; Raleigh; Richmond; San Antonio; Tulsa; and San Diego.Iron Mountain is a leading provider of storage and information management services. The Company’s real estate network of more than 80 million square feet across more than 1,350 facilities in 45 countries allows it to serve customers around the world.
