Lithko Contracting, Inc. (“Lithko” or the “Company”) was recently acquired by The Pritzker Organization (“TPO”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Lithko is a market-leading provider of concrete construction services targeting mid-sized jobs in “mid-major” markets for a variety of end markets (e.g., education, commercial / office, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.). The Company provides a full suite of services specializing in the execution of walls, tilt-ups, structural frames, slabs, site work, foundations and pre-construction services. Lithko’s customer base primarily consists of 400+ general contractors, which it services with 1,500+ employees across 13 locations. The Company is headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio.

TPO is the merchant bank for the interests of certain members of the Pritzker family. TPO's primary focus is principal investing. For more than 60 years, TPO has controlled and guided the development of dozens of portfolio companies across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, life sciences, hospitality, healthcare and services. Notable businesses include Hyatt Hotels, Triton Container and the Marmon Group. In addition to its core strategy of long-term business building, TPO is also an active special situations investor, deploying capital across a wide spectrum of industries and across every tier of the balance sheet, from senior debt to equity. TPO is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
