Nautic Partners, LLC (“Nautic”) recently announced that Nautic Partners VII, L.P. and Nautic Partners VII-A, L.P. (collectively, “Fund VII”) has made an equity investment in Response Team 1, LLC (“RT1” or the “Company”) in partnership with its founders John Goense and Erik Bloom. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RT1 is a leading provider of restoration services, primarily for every day, non-catastrophic insured claims caused by water, fire, hail and / or wind damage. In addition, the Company provides renovation services such as painting, flooring and interior / exterior refurbishment for large, national multi-family property owners and managers. RT1 is the most awarded provider in the restoration industry and has established a reputation for high-quality service with its insurer, third-party administrator and large multi-family property owner / manager clients. RT1 is headquartered in Wheeling, Illinois.

Nautic is a middle-market private equity firm that focuses on three industries: healthcare, industrial products and outsourced services.
