CPI Card Group, Inc. (“CPI Card” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ-GS: PMTS), a portfolio company of Tricor Pacific Capital Partners (“Tricor”), recently completed an initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $10 per share, generating gross proceeds of $150 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem the remaining outstanding shares of preferred stock, terminate its phantom stock plan and repay outstanding borrowings under its term loan facility.

CPI Card is a leading provider of comprehensive financial payment card solutions in North America. In 2014, the Company produced over 360 million financial payment cards (e.g., credit, debit and prepaid debit cards), provided integrated card services to over 3,200 card-issuing banks and prepaid debit card issuers and personalized more than 130 million financial payment cards. The Company serves its diverse set of over 4,000 customers through a network of nine production and card services facilities, including seven high-security facilities in North America. CPI Card is headquartered in Littleton, Colorado.
