Truck Bodies and Equipment International, Inc. (“TBEI” or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Kirtland Capital Partners (“KCP”), was recently acquired by GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
